The Home Networking Wizard is an exciting new addition to the Promptlink product line. This software guides users through the installation and configuration of their cable modem, wireless gateway, and other home networking components. MSO's can use it to auto-configure subscriber's home networks. The wizard can also make the home network easier to manage, in combination with Promptlink's premiere broadband network management tools, so that MSO's can quickly and easily manage customer calls, issues and requests for service.
